Hello beautiful people of the universe… happy Friday! This week has gone by in a total blur of work, gym, wedding chatter, Pretty Little Liars marathons (I’ve only watched about six episodes so far, but I am enjoying it a lot) and generally flopping into bed pretty exhausted every night. Busy, busy, busy! This morning I was up at 6am for Rise and Shine Yoga at my gym, which was the perfect way to start the day – and I also went to Boot Camp this evening, which was tough but good. So much easier to stay in bed or not get my bum in gear, but I’ve been telling myself…
