Ripped jeans

Just a quick post today as I am between yesterday’s birthday celebrations and today’s long weekend away camping so I should really be packing and not sat around in my PJs reading and writing blogs!

As everyone I know is probably aware by now courtesy of all of my tweets and instagrams, yesterday was my birthday and I can now call myself a fully fledged member of the 30s club.  I still have no idea how that happened, every year I get older I have to redefine my perception of how old you are when you’re a definite grown-up adult.  I definitely don’t feel 30, whatever I imagined being 30 would feel like.

Anyway – so in this photo I am technically 29 as this is the outfit I wore to Bicester Village on Wednesday with my Mum.  The last time I went to Bicester Village I bought my Kate Spade bag so I thought I ought to take it back to its previous home.  But I also came home with another even more exciting bag, courtesy of my parents and a bit of overexcitement in the Mulberry shop.  Can’t wait to show you!

So yesterday was a lovely day, full of lots of food, cake, champagne, shopping and pizza – pretty much my perfect day! Today we are off camping with some friends (and of course Bodhi) for the weekend – the campsite has its own pizza oven and you can pet the baby farm animals so I’m going to be in heaven! Hope you all have lovely weekends, and keep your fingers crossed for some sunshine for us!
