Oh hi! Happy Friday! Don’t you just love a bank holiday weekend for making the week go that bit quicker? I will be away as this is published (provided I’ve scheduled it correctly!) so I will be conversely hoping time goes a bit more slowly to enable me to soak up all of the sunshine (I am being that annoying person that mentions their holiday all the time aren’t I?). Anyway, past me wanted to show you my beautiful new dress, so let’s crack on with that shall we?
BTW I’m not sure why I look quite so moody in the full length photos as I’m actually quite a lot in love with this dress; the shape, the double layers, the broderie anglais, the subtle pleats – it is perfection.
It was kindly sent to me by Fever Designs, whom I have been a fan of for some time. I’ve mainly bought work attire or more formal dresses from them before but their S/S range has a real mix of styles and themes including some beautiful prints and lots of gorgeous shift and prom-style dresses. I think this dress is going to be really versatile and it has been packed in my holiday suitcase; the fourth full-length picture proves (I hope) that it even looks good with a pair of bashed up Chucks.

This watch by Daniel Wellington was sent to me at the end of last year and I know I’ve featured it in a few outfit posts but I’m not sure I’ve ever given it the close-up it deserves. The outer ring is rose gold which I just love. I’m actually not very good at telling the time (cringe) and it takes me a little while to work it out, this was the first non-digital I owned and I remember when I first got it I kept sneaking looks at it as it’s so pretty!
