I quite often steer away from ‘style challenges’ as I don’t really consider myself to be the most stylish person, and the way I put together outfits is usually based on throwing on things that are comfortable and easy to wear. But when Duo Boots got in contact about their ‘From Day To Night Challenge’ I was particularly intrigued, as I’d spotted the most perfect pair of nude flats in their ‘New In’ section, and wanted to see if a pair of shoes that is often hailed as a wardrobe staple, really could work for a daytime outfit as well as a night out.
As you all know, I am loving my dungarees at the moment and I thought that the nude flats would make a change from teaming them with Converse or sandals.

I usually opt for heels for a night out but a few hours in I’m always the first one eyeing up places to sit down and wishing I’d stowed a pair of flats in my handbag. Nude flats are renowned for making your legs look longer, without the aid of ouchie platform heels, so I think these would be a great option for a more comfortable night out.

What do you think of my day and night options? I am definitely loving my new nude flats and I think they’re such a versatile pair of shoes, I can imagine they’ll be making lots of appearances over the next few months. I have far too many shoes and limited wardrobe space so I like my shoes to be multi-purpose and be able to teamed with lots of different outfits, and these definitely tick that box!
