Some new clothes

I feel like I haven’t bought many new clothes at all this year, but I must admit that in the last few weeks I have had a little bit of a mini spree!  I think it’s because I’ve begun to get a real feel for the style that I feel most comfortable with, and I’ve then been hunting around Pinterest for outfits and street style photos that fit with that style, and getting inspiration as to pieces that will fit well in my wardrobe. As I’ve mentioned before, I buy a lot of dresses but don’t seem to wear them as much as other items, so I was keen to get some wardrobe staples that would take me through Spring and into Summer.

I went to Westfield Shopping Centre with my friend Nicole a couple of weeks ago and we both had little sprees in H&M and Pull and Bear.  Both shops are so good for both basics and are really reasonably priced and had some great bits in there, so I couldn’t help but buy some new things.  I’ve been wearing the stripey shirt and the ripped pastel green jeans (both from Pull and Bear) together a lot; I’ve been throwing on a cardigan and trainers but I think that ensemble will equally look good with sunnies and sandals when the warmer weather hits!

The stripey tops have been worn with skinny jeans and also work for the office with pencil and skater skirts. The white Converse were picked up at a blogger clothes swap and will be perfect as an addition to my Spring shoe wardrobe!

The Kenzo tiger jumper was a bit of a treat to myself on my last payday.  It is actually an a and cost £70 rather than the usual £150! I was pretty chuffed when I found that and I’m definitely going to get a kids’ t-shirt too to wear with shorts in the summer!  Here’s a few more details on the other items:
