Little Mistress Wishlist

Little Mistress are one of those brands who seem to have really made an impact on the blogosphere, with their dresses being spotted on lovely bloggy ladies like Tara from The Style Rawr as well as being featured in many a wishlist.  I must admit that their A/W range has got me rather excited for the party season - with lots of lace and floaty chiffon I will be heading straight for their site when it comes to picking up some party frocks.  There is also a lot of body-con however so I had perhaps better lay off the M&Ms until then!

I've put together a little list of my current favourites....
black cap sleeve dress | £52
I adore the contrast of the white lace against the black of the dress - and the cap sleeves and cute bow waist belt are such perfect little details.  If I do snap this number up I will be taking inspiration from the model and wearing it with a beehive hairdo and red lipstick....

cream and navy lace dress | £55
Now this is definitely a strong contender for Christmas party dress - the overlay of lace against the swishy (technical term) blue skirt is just perfection.  It also has a cutout back with more overlayed lace - just so pretty! I think this could also work for a winter wedding with a blue blazer and nude tights.

cream and gold lace dress | £50
If you're not already 'laced out' then I present to you my final choice - swoon! I just adore this; it's so ladylike and chic and the long sleeves make it perfect for the chillier temperatures associated with Crimbo Parties! It has the added glitz of sequin embellishments and a flattering nipped in waist.

I think my work Christmas party is going to involve skittles (game not the sweets) and takeaway so I might be a little overdressed in these beauties, but I will hold out hope of being invited to something a little more glamorous, a girl can dream eh?
